A Program for School Leavers with a Disability


An innovative, educational program for school leavers with a disability. Programs are conducted in the community and in the new and fully accessible centre providing opportunities for young people with a disability to enhance life skills and experience community life. Personalised programs are developed with each person and their family to ensure a collaborative approach to meeting individual need and goals.

What Our Program Offers:
  • Flexible Attendance - Monday to Friday, between 9am and 4pm.
  • Person Centered Planning - the individual and their family drive the planning process. Individual Programs are developed for each person focusing on their personal needs and interests.
  • Group Activities - provide opportunities for individual goals to be achieved within a group setting. High staff ratios ensure that individual time is allocated to everyone throughout the day.
  • Individual Programs - provide specific learning objectives for an individual's goals. Support staff encourage and promote learning at the person's own pace.
  • Community Access - daily activities are provided to promote community inclusion and new experiences.
  • Cultural Recognition - respecting cultural diversity, sharing cultural knowledge and experiences, and employing staff from a range of cultural backgrounds.
