Outreach
Providing one to one support for people with a disability residing independently in the Sutherland, Rockdale, Kogarah and Hurstville local Government areas. "Drop in support" and assistance is given in activities of daily living including budgeting,nutrition and meal preparation, health and community integration.
Who is Eligible for a Service?
People with a disability over the age of 18 who don't live with a carer. |
