Despite the weather bureau’s prediction of rain, we were fortunate enough to have fantastic conditions - a perfect spring day, for our 3rd Annual Charity Golf Day, the field of over 100 competitors hit off in the early hours of Thursday 11th March, 2010. Supporters on the day enjoyed a relaxing game of golf at the magnificent Woolooware Golf Course, followed by a scrumptious lunch; they were entertained by MC for the day Steve Edge and guest speaker Mr John Peard. Much money was raised to help re-fit our new Community Participation centre at Sutherland. Civic would like to thank all the sponsors and supporters who helped make the 3rd Annual Charity Golf Day such a great success.
