Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Damaged or unsatisfactory goods received

All purchases from Civic are covered by our guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods received, please contact us at (02) 9524 3916, or email filebands@civicindustries.com. au to discuss the return and replacement of the goods or a refund.

Cancellation of orders can also be arranged by contacting us on the above phone number or email address.

Postage and delivery

For online and phone orders, Australia wide orders will be despatched within 7 working days after your order is placed. The orders/products will be delivered within 7 working days of despatch.

For postal and faxed orders, Australia wide orders will be despatched within 10 working days after your order is received. The orders/products will be delivered within 7 working days of despatch.

Postage Costs

When placing an order for file bands you -

Acknowledge that prices quoted are inclusive of GST
Agree that any errors made in entering the contact information and order details on the order form are your responsibility
If you change address or any other relevant details, you must notify CDS
