Providing individualised support within a variety of accommodation options.
Accommodation support provides for people with a disability, catering to specific support needs. Services are provided in the St George, Sutherland Shire and Blue Mountains Local Government areas and the Hunter and South Western Sydney regions.
We support a wide range of accommodation and service models, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer a range of programs from high needs support, to drop in support for people living semi-independently in the community.


The types of support that Civic Disability Services provides are:


  • Supported accommodation – group home
  • Independent Living Drop in Support
  • Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Drop in Support
  • Attendant Care

Drop in Support & Outreach Support

Providing one to one support for people with a disability residing independently in the Sutherland, Rockdale, Kogarah and Hurstville Local Government areas. “Drop in Support” and assistance is given in activities of daily living including budgeting, nutrition and meal preparation, health and community integration.

Who is eligible for a service?
People with a disability over the age of 18 who don’t live with a carer.


Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Drop in Support


People with a disability from a CALD background over the age of 18 who may or may not reside with their carer and family. This service applies to the Bankstown, Liverpool and Fairfield Local Government areas.

Eligibility – must be referred by ADHC


Independent Living Drop in Support

People with a disability over the ages of 18 who are currently residing in supported accommodation and who wish to live independently.


Attendant Care

These services are designed to target adults to 65 years, who have a physical disability and who have the capacity to manage their own environment with support and direct their own carers. As an accredited provider, we offer a comprehensive and integrated range of personal care and support services to assist in the tasks of daily living, managing their home and their life in the community.
