The Board of Directors conforms to the highest ethical standards and recognises the need for management and staff to also observe the highest standards of corporate, business and service provider ethics when engaged in activities on behalf of Civic Disability Services Limited.

The Board of Directors has adopted the AS80000 series as the basis of the Civic Disability Services Limited (Civic) corporate governance policies and procedures in accordance with the Civic Constitution (2010).
